Mr. Grove has been involved with computers since he taught himself to program at the age of 13. He has been working professionally in many capacities within the Information Technology field for the past 18 years. He has extensive programming and administrative background with the IBM AS/400 Midrange system, as well as with Personal Computers. He has successfully implemented backup strategies at numerous companies, as well as High Availability solutions for the AS400 at 2 of the companies that he worked for as an employee.
